The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or custodial services. ChangeBit does not act as a broker, financial institution, or money transmitter.

3. Eligibility

To use ChangeBit, you must:

When using the Platform, you are solely responsible for:

• Correct wallet addresses — Verifying that the recipient address and network are correct before confirming an exchange. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
• Network selection — Ensuring the selected blockchain network matches your destination wallet. Sending to an incompatible network results in permanent loss of funds.
• Transaction amounts — Sending the exact amount specified in your order. Sending a different amount may result in processing delays or failed transactions.
• Legal compliance — Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Wallet security — Maintaining the security of your own wallets and private keys.

5. Exchange Process

Each exchange order creates a unique deposit address. You must send your cryptocurrency to this address within the specified time window. Once your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, the Platform will automatically process the swap and send the exchanged cryptocurrency to your specified recipient address.

Exchange rates are locked at the time of order creation for a limited period. If the deposit is not received within this period, the order may expire and a new order will need to be created at the current market rate.

ChangeBit charges a service fee of 0.15% per transaction. This fee is included in the exchange rate displayed at the time of order creation. The rate shown is the final rate — there are no hidden fees.

Blockchain network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are separate from our service fee and are determined by the respective blockchain networks. These fees are deducted from the transaction amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChangeBit shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or network selections provided by the user
• Delays caused by blockchain network congestion or maintenance

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
